Returns & Exchanges

Stüssy offers a 20-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Process Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
