Order Cancellation
We process orders promptly, so if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders may be canceled only before they are shipped. If you need to cancel or modify your order, kindly reach out within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, cancellations cannot be processed.
Please note that a cancellation fee of 6.9% + $1 will apply to cover expenses incurred by our payment gateway, warehouse, and platform charges.
Returns and Refunds
30-Day Return Policy
You may return any product* in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund, excluding any shipping fees. The following conditions apply:
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Socks and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Items must have all original tags and packaging attached.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Start a return through your account, and a postage label will be emailed to you.
- Attach the label and return the item(s) in their original condition with any packaging.
If the returned goods do not meet these criteria, your refund will be declined, and the products will be returned to you.
Refund Processing
We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued for the amount you paid for the products, excluding any shipping charges. All returned items must be in their original, undamaged condition with all labels and tags attached. If the return does not meet these requirements, your refund will be declined, and the items will be sent back to you.

Faulty Products
Items are considered faulty if they are damaged upon receipt or have a manufacturing defect within a reasonable period after purchase. Please note that items damaged due to wear and tear are not deemed faulty.
